Terms of Service

1. Overview

Hubplicity provides pay-as-you-go HubSpot implementation services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We build HubSpot assets based on task requests you submit through our platform. Each task is scoped, estimated, and requires your approval before work begins. Our current rate is $50 per hour, billed to the quarter hour, with a half-hour minimum per task.

3. Estimates and Billing

  • Every task receives a transparent estimate before work begins.
  • You are not charged until you approve an estimate.
  • If a task takes longer than estimated, you pay the original estimate.
  • There are no retainers, contracts, or minimum commitments beyond the per-task minimum.

4. HubSpot Portal Access

To perform work, you must install our app from the HubSpot Marketplace, granting us the permissions needed to build requested assets. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant this access. You may revoke access at any time.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete task descriptions.
  • Ensure your HubSpot subscription supports the assets you request.
  • Review and approve estimates before work begins.
  • Pay for approved and completed work in a timely manner.

6. Revisions

If a completed build does not match your original request, we will revise it at no extra charge. Revisions are limited to the scope of the original task description.

7. Intellectual Property

All assets built in your HubSpot portal belong to you. Hubplicity retains no ownership of work delivered to your portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hubplicity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific task in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. There are no cancellation fees. You are responsible for payment of any approved tasks that have been completed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
